Lisa Kaiser
Lisa M. Kaiser is a principal and CFO of Kaiser Tax & Business Consulting, Inc and specializes in accounting, financial analysis, QuickBooks and MS Accounting software setup and training for small businesses. Lisa is a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and a certified MS Small Business Accounting Consultant.
Lisa has 16 years of professional experience in accounting, including; financial reporting, consolidations, financial analysis, internal auditing, and payroll for both private and public companies. In addition to the accounting profession, Lisa has 12 years professional experience in the information technology arena, with extensive experience in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software package, J.D. Edwards.
Lisa started her career as an accountant working full-time while attending evening college classes. Lisa started her career in the payroll department at Cray Research, Inc and worked her way up to the financial reporting department working with their international subsidiaries and upper management. After Cray, Lisa worked as a Financial Reporting Manager for a large international company in Bloomington, MN. Lisa provided financial statements and analysis of worldwide operations to upper management. In addition, Lisa managed and coordinated major accounting functions, such as, worldwide and domestic consolidations, internal and external audits and supervised financial management systems.
Lisa also served as a Senior Financial Consultant/Business Analyst with a local consulting firm where she was successful leading and consulting clients on their business strategies, plans, and objectives. In addition, Lisa worked with these clients to determine current and desired business processes and functions for the implementation of J.D. Edwards, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software package.
Before coming to Kaiser Tax & Business Consulting, Inc to work with her husband Scott Kaiser, Lisa worked as a Project Manager for a local company overseeing successful financial system enhancement and maintenance projects for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software package, J.D. Edwards and Siebel.
Lisa has a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Metropolitan State University, Minneapolis, MN.
