Rich Clemen Jr., CPA, MBA

Rich Clemen, CPA, MBA, specializes in preparing business and individual tax returns for Kaiser Tax & Business Consulting, Inc. His 18 year accounting career includes working 10 years in public accounting and 8 years working in the accounting departments of private businesses.

Prior to working at Kaiser Tax & Business Consulting, Inc., Rich worked at a few different small CPA firms around the Twin Cities area working mostly with small business and individual clients. He has prepared individual, C corporation, S corporation, partnership and tax-exempt returns as well as many multi state returns. He also has experience preparing various types of financial statements at the compilation and review levels. He has worked closely with many clients, both individuals and small business owners, in resolving their tax issues and is knowledgeable working with Quickbooks and Excel.

Prior to working in public accounting, Rich worked in the accounts payable area for both a mid-size retail establishment and a large law firm. Among his many responsibilities were general ledger reconciliations, performing month end, recording and maintaining fixed assets, overseeing the accounts payable process and preparing internal financial statements.

Rich attended the University of St. Thomas for both his undergraduate and graduate degrees. He has a MBA degree in Business Administration with an Accounting Certificate from the University of St. Thomas.
